Vijay Gurumurthy, alias Vijay Antony, is the heir to a fortune worth billions. After the untimely death of his father and the news of his friend Aravind's demise, he inherits the share value of their company, Velus Corporation. However, it is revealed to him by his friend Aravind that there is another person named Satya, who is an orphan, with an identical brain transplant as Vijay's. This business magnate, who goes by the name Vijay Antony, intends to take over the business. But due to a small mistake, the police catch hold of Vijay, jeopardizing his plans.
Meanwhile, the state's Chief Minister gets involved in the matter, as Vijay, disguised as Satya, threatens to expose the truth. The director deserves credit for his success as well. The background score is impressive, but the songs lack gripping appeal. Overall, this story with fewer characters has managed to capture attention.
