It had a storyline similar to "Revenge Gangster." Shivraj Kumar played the lead role in this film, which achieved current success. Upendra wrote this story while studying in college. Based on real-life incidents, he created this narrative. He then handed a letter to his friend and gave it to Upendra. The subject of the letter gradually became known throughout the college. He even changed the storyline. In the second part, he portrayed a mafia shootout. The film features real mafia dons and highlights the experiences of street ruffians facing punishment. Before the release of the real mafia dons, the storyline of this film was already established. The Week magazine exclusively published the cover story. Made with a budget of 7 million rupees, this movie was released after the success of the storyline. It was released 30 times in the Kapil Theater in Bangalore. In 2015, Udaya TV acquired the digital rights for 100 million rupees. "Om" holds the record for being released 550 times in the history of cinema.
