exceeding Rs 150 per kg, have made it a highly sought-after vegetable, and some individuals are taking advantage of the situation. In Hassan district, a woman farmer who expected good income from her tomato crop was devastated when the entire harvest was stolen before reaching the market. š The thieves not only took away 50-60 bags of tomatoes but also damaged the neighboring crops. Similarly, in Mahbubabad, Telangana, another woman farmer lost her entire harvest to thieves just as she was about to harvest the crop. š¢š©āš¾ The victim has filed a complaint with the police, urging them to apprehend the culprits.
