🏙️📅 Tomato.. Until yesterday, common people used to get nervous when they heard this name. Because the prices were in that range. Due to the huge increase in prices, people have stopped using tomatoes in many places.
It is not a common thing that several places in Telugu states have crossed the double century at the same time... Till yesterday the price of kg in farmer's markets was 150 rupees, but in the retail market, depending on the quality, traders were selling it above 200 rupees. After a few days, the tomatoes actually disappeared in many places. But since two or three days, there is a decrease in tomato prices. The price of tomato, which is running towards a double century, has broken. As the rains decreased, tomato imports to the market increased and the prices decreased. Prices have come down due to increased arrival of tomatoes in Hyderabad. 1st quality tomato Rs.100, 2nd quality Rs. 80, 60. The common man breathed a sigh of relief as the prices of tomatoes fell drastically. Marketing department officials say that the prices will come down completely by the end of the month.
