On her first day, Shyamala Rao initiated a thorough inspection of Tirumala. She performed special prayers at the Varahaswamy temple and then visited Lord Venkateswara. Rao started inspecting Sarva Darshan queue lines and guest houses, engaging with devotees to understand their concerns. The TTD plans to address issues faced by ordinary devotees, including accommodation and darshan scheduling.
