This feature is available for both mobile and desktop versions of Gmail. To use this feature, Gmail users can select a filter to see only items available for pickup at nearby stores or items eligible for expedited shipping, along with details on the merchant's fastest, most affordable delivery option.
Package Tracking 📤
Along with delivery filters, Gmail also offers users a more comprehensive package tracking experience. Important delivery updates will be displayed in the shopping e-mail. Individual e-mails appear in Inbox list view, on mobile and desktop devices. Additionally, Gmail also prioritizes e-mails that contain package tracking information. This ensures that customers can quickly get information about any changes to their delivery dates. Users can enable or disable this feature anytime through the settings in Gmail.
Return Policy Access 🔄
A third feature for Gmail makes it easier for users to access merchant return policies. Gmail sends users on both desktop and mobile a convenient link to merchant return guidelines at the top of shopping-related emails. Additionally, Gmail also highlights return policies throughout Google Search. 🔄
