A total of 45 works have been undertaken under the scheme through SRDP and 35 have been completed so far. The 20th flyover of the VST Steel Bridge from Indira Park will be inaugurated on August 19.
Earlier 19 flyovers, 5 under passes, 7 ROB/RUBs, 1 cable-stayed bridge, Panjagutta steel bridge, widening of Panjagutta road, the works have been completed. With the flyover steel bridge from Indira Park to VST, 36 works have been completed by SRDP so far, out of which this 20th bridge will be made available. The remaining 12 works are being completed by December 2023. This is the first steel flyover in Hyderabad undertaken by SRDP at a cost of Rs.450 crores. Unlike other flyovers, the entire flyover is made of steel. For the first time, a flyover was built over a metro bridge. This Flyover Bridgegrater has a signal free transport system with the possibility of reaching the destination on time. 🚆🛤️
