The Dalits chased away the MLC who killed the driver who happened to be a Dalit and delivered the door and Anantha Babu who became Jagan's closest friend. In Prathipadu constituency, the MLC's cousin was contesting as an MLA, when he was going to campaign in support of them, the Dalits of that constituency kicked out the MLC Anantha Babu. They chased Agar Ananta Babu saying, "Will you kill a Dalit and lay a wreath on Ambedkar's statue?" Shocked by this, Anantha Babu got on a bike and ran away.
