He said that originally they wanted to release the movie Guntur Karam in August itself, but then it was changed to January 12 next year. That is why he said that he is filming slowly. Talking about the replacement news, Pooja Hegde explained that she had to act in another Hindi film and there was no other reason except that she was replaced with Meenakshi Chaudhary as the dates could not be adjusted. He said that Mahesh Babu will look different in this film and it will have all the elements that should be present in a film coming to the festival. He said that the film will be released just in time for Sankranti and the first single will be released soon.
He said that there is no truth in the news that Srileela is the heroine in the Vijay Devarakonda-Gautami Tinnanuri combination film and that Rashmika has been roped in. Nagavanshi said that he is producing a film with Balakrishna-Bobby combination. He explained that the films 'Adikesava' with Vaishnavtej, 'Gangs of Godavari' with Vishwaxen and 'Tillu Square' with Sidhu Jonnalagadda are being produced and the shooting of these is underway.
