The Telangana High Court gave a sensational verdict and announced Jalagam Venkatrao as Kothagudem MLA on the basis of affidavit that earlier Kothagudem MLA Vanama Venkateswara Rao had given false information. After that, Vanama Venkateswara Rao continued as an MLA again after the Supreme Court granted a stay. Now, the rest of the MLAs are also worried after the disqualification of Gadwal MLA Krishna Mohan Reddy. Election related petitions are pending in Telangana High Court. ⚖️

Dada, Nagar Kurnool, Petitions related to about 30 MLAs including Goshamahal, Vikarabad, Gajwel, Parigi, Jangam, Karimnagar, Nampally and Kothagudem are pending in the Telangana High Court. ⚖️
