In this order, Chandrababu got temporary relief in IRR and Angallu cases. ⚖️ Granted interim anticipatory bail in IRR case. ⚖️ High Court ordered not to arrest Chandrababu till Monday in IRR case. ⚖️
In the Angallu case, the court said that the arrest should not be made till tomorrow. ⚖️ High Court has decided to stay the PT warrant filed by CID. ⚖️
The High Court directed the ACB court not to take any decision in these cases till Monday. ⚖️
🏛️ ACB has adjourned the trial of the PT warrant in the Inner Ring Road case by the order of the High Court. 🏛️ The bench also dismissed the right to audience petition filed by Chandrababu's lawyers in the ACB court. 🏛️
