In a significant move towards resolving inter-state issues, Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister Chandrababu Naidu and Telangana Chief Minister Revanth Reddy met at Praja Bhavan in Hyderabad. The two leaders aimed to address long-standing bifurcation issues between the two Telugu states.

Electricity Dues: Recovery of ₹7,200 crores in electricity dues owed to Andhra Pradesh.

Properties in Hyderabad: Allocation of three buildings in Hyderabad to Andhra Pradesh.

Telangana's Proposals:

Non-Compromise on Rights: Revanth Reddy emphasized not compromising on Telangana's rights.

Bifurcation Act Issues: Addressing issues not covered in the Bifurcation Act.

Property Sharing: Strategy to negotiate shares in Andhra Pradesh's ports and other assets if Hyderabad properties are requested by Andhra Pradesh.

Electricity and Employee Transfers: Resolving the complex issue of electricity and employee transfers.

TTD Representation: Demand for representation in the TTD governing body.
