Tollywood sensation Tamannaah has been issued a notice by the Maharashtra Cyber Crime Police related to alleged unauthorized live streaming of IPL 2023 matches. The actress reportedly promoted the Fair Play app, which led to significant losses for Viacom, the company holding the digital broadcasting rights. Viacom's complaint has prompted the police investigation, citing damages amounting to nearly 100 crores INR. Alongside Tamannaah, Bollywood veteran Sanjay Dutt has also been summoned for promoting the same platform. Investigations have revealed payments from various corporate accounts to the actors, including companies like Venture and Lykos Group.
