🏛️📜 Justice Aniruddha Bose and Justice Bela Trivedi held lengthy arguments for the fourth time in the Supreme Court on Section 17A, which became the most crucial in the skill scam that arrested Chandrababu.
Senior Advocate Mukul Rohatgi argued on behalf of the Andhra Pradesh government that Section 17A of the Prevention of Corruption Act is not applicable to Chandrababu Babu. 📜
At the same time, it was explained to the Supreme Court that Section 17A is not a complete protection like Section 19, but Section 17A is a means of protection for honest officials. 🏛️
He said that the trial of this case started in June 2018, before Section 17A came into force. 📆
