New details were revealed in a study involving 508,121 adults from countries such as America, Japan and Britain. Research shows that the higher the walking speed, the lower the risk associated with it. Research shows that an average walking speed of 3-5 kilometers per hour can reduce the risk of type 2 diabetes by 15 percent compared to walking at a slower pace. 🩸🚶‍♀️💉
