In a bizarre and shocking incident in Jamuhr village, Fatehpur, Bihar, a one-year-old toddler playing on his terrace had a close encounter with a snake. The three-foot-long snake slithered onto the terrace where the child was playing. Mistaking the snake for a toy, the toddler picked it up and began playing with it. Things took a terrifying turn when the child, in an innocent act, bit the snake in the middle, killing it with his tiny teeth.
The toddler’s mother, who arrived at the scene, was horrified to find her child with the dead snake. In a panic, she threw the snake away and rushed her son to the local hospital, fearing the worst. However, after conducting a thorough examination, the doctors were astonished to find that the child was perfectly healthy and unharmed.
The doctors revealed that the snake was non-venomous, meaning it posed no danger even if it had bitten the child. They also explained that this type of snake is commonly seen during the monsoon season.
