Shocking Discovery Couple's Skeletons Found in Reservoir Car

Have you seen the movie "Drishyam"? In the movie, Venkatesh's wife accidentally kills a young man, and Venkatesh hides the body in a car, dumping it in a quarry. Similarly, a recent real-life incident in Madhya Pradesh has shocked the nation. Skeletons of a married woman and her cousin were found in a car retrieved from a reservoir.

In Morena district, a car discovered in a stop dam has raised many suspicions. The remains of a 30-year-old woman, Mithilesh Jadhav, and her 34-year-old cousin, Neeraj Sakhwar, were found inside the car. The car was noticed by locals in the stop dam on the Kwari River in Gopi village, who then informed the police. Sihonia Police Station in-charge Dharmendra Gaur confirmed the discovery of the skeletons in the heavily decomposed state.

Every year, the stop dam is cleaned by releasing water, which recently lowered the water level, revealing the car. Mithilesh was reported missing by her husband Mukesh Sakhwar on February 6, stating she went to the market but never returned. It was later reported that she had eloped with her cousin Neeraj. The police are investigating how and when the car ended up in the dam and are exploring all angles of the case.
