Some people supported Shalini.. but some others made rude comments. Shalini explained the reason behind the recent divorce photo shoot.
"When my husband beat me in Dubai, I used to come and sleep in the parking lot. Because I tried to stop the quarrel without making it bigger. I didn't know what to do more than that. For a moment I thought let's go to the police.. I adjusted that his life will be ruined again. At night, I used to sleep in the parking lot. I was beaten by him for four years till 2019. Ann wanted to give back to him the blows he had taken over the years. I turned around. hit I thought about the baby and gave him respect. But he beat me before him. I wanted to leave my child without caring if he was already beaten. Actress Shalini told about the agony she endured saying that she applied for divorce and got it. However, Shalini explained the reason behind the divorce photo shoot. She said that she felt that it should serve as a message to women like her who are currently being harassed by their husbands out of fear of the society.
