Even though the exams have already been completed, some candidates approached the courts claiming that the questions were wrong in these exams. A petition was filed to add 4 marks in the exams. The single bench bench that examined this petition gave a positive verdict for them. 4 marks were ordered for each eligible person.
But some of the selected candidates made a mistake on this verdict. A petition was filed against the single bench verdict. This petition was accepted by the division bench. Since this matter was in the High Court for many years, the appointments were stopped at that time. The Division Bench which has now heard this petition has overturned the judgment of the Single Bench. She said that there is no need to combine the marks. It has been decided to conduct an inquiry with an expert committee in the matter of mistakes in the examinations.
A committee will soon be formed for this purpose. After the completion of the investigation, it has issued key orders to complete the filling of the jobs within 4 weeks.
