🍽️🍄 Restaurant Style Mushroom Cashew Biryani 🍄🍚

🌼 Good food for malnourished women, small children especially diabetics

🍽 Ingredients for Mushroom Biryani:

Mushrooms 🍚

🍽 Cashew:

Coconut milk – 1/2 cup

Curd – a little

Onions – 2

Green Chili – Cut vertically

Tomatoes – 2

Ginger garlic paste – a little

Cumin powder

Coriander powder

Pepper powder

Salt – enough

Oil – enough

Ghee – 4 tsp

Turmeric – a little

Chilli – Adequate

Finely chopped onions

A little mint

A little coriander

Spices

Cinnamon

cloves

Cardamom

Anise flower

Biryani leaf

mace

Anise

How to make Biryani:

🍽 First clean the mushrooms and wash them with water and cut them into four parts.

🍽 Then put the mushroom pieces in a bowl and mix turmeric, chilli, cumin powder, coriander powder, pepper powder, salt, ginger garlic paste well.

🍽 Then add fried onion slices, chopped coriander and mix well and keep the mixture aside.

🍽 Prepare two cups of coconut milk for one cup of rice. 🥥🍚
