Hero Raj Tarun received a notice from the Narsingi police based on a complaint by his girlfriend, Lavanya. The police registered a case and have summoned him for questioning by the 18th of this month. Under section BNS45, the police have instructed Raj Tarun to appear before them.
Lavanya had lodged a complaint accusing Raj Tarun of deceiving her with a false promise of marriage. Following this, a case was filed against him at the Narsingi police station, involving Raj Tarun and two others. Alongside Raj Tarun (A1), Malvi Malhotra (A2), and Mayank Malhotra (A3) have also been named in the FIR. Lavanya claimed that Malvi and her brother threatened to kill her, prompting her to include their names in the complaint. Consequently, the police registered a case under IPC sections 420, 493, and 506.
