Rajamouli Reveals: No Money Spent on 'Baahubali' Promotions! 😲

Director SS Rajamouli, who is currently promoting the animation series 'Baahubali: Crown of Blood', recently made some surprising remarks at a media event. He stated emphatically that no money was spent on promotions for the blockbuster movie 'Baahubali'. Rajamouli, known for his high-budget films featuring grand sets and star-studded casts, has usually been very active in marketing his projects. However, for 'Baahubali', he relied solely on organic publicity generated through word-of-mouth.

Rajamouli shared that while significant amounts were spent on promoting films like 'RRR', including over 5 crores to boost its Oscar campaign, 'Baahubali' was a different story. He emphasized that no payments were made to newspapers or websites for promotions. Instead, the team focused on creating a wealth of content including videos, posters, and character introductions, which naturally drew attention to the film.

"Expectations from my projects vary," said Rajamouli. "I never assume that everyone is eagerly waiting for my film's release. We always strive to balance and continuously think about attracting new audiences."

The director also highlighted the re-release of 'RRR' scheduled for May 10, underscoring his ongoing efforts to innovate and captivate audiences.
