He firmly dismissed the label of "Pappu" often associated with Rahul by his critics, especially from the BJP. Instead, he hailed Rahul Gandhi as a well-educated strategist with a vision for India's future.
Addressing the audience, Pitroda said, "Rahul Gandhi is not a 'Pappu.' He is a highly educated person and a strategist. He has a clear vision for India, but understanding him is not so easy. The BJP has spent crores of rupees to tarnish his image, but I must tell you that Rahul is a deep thinker and a planner."
Rahul Gandhi is currently on a tour of the United States, his first since the 2024 Lok Sabha elections. During his visit, he has been engaging with Indian expatriates, intellectuals, journalists, and business leaders to discuss various issues.
