Pune Teen Accident Case Takes a New Turn! 🚗💥

A new twist has emerged in the case of a teen involved in a tragic accident in Pune. The accused teenager has told the court that he was not driving the car at the time of the accident. His two friends, who were also in the car, confirmed his statement.

The incident involved a high-speed Porsche worth ₹2 crores, which the accused was allegedly driving on Sunday, resulting in the deaths of two techies. The victims were fatally hit by the speeding car. The accused is the son of prominent real estate developer Vishal Agarwal. Allegations have surfaced that significant efforts were made to exonerate the accused. The fact that he secured bail within 14 hours has sparked widespread outrage, prompting the Pune Police Commissioner to clarify that the accused is being treated as an adult.

However, the Pune court has canceled the bail and ordered the accused to be sent to a juvenile center.

Meanwhile, the driver of the car has claimed that he was driving at the time of the accident. The father of the accused also supported this claim. The police have confiscated Vishal Agarwal's phone and are currently examining its contents.

Additionally, the police are questioning the accused's grandfather, Surendra Agarwal, to gather more details about the teen and his father. The investigation is also probing whether the police violated any protocols during the investigation.
