Protect Your Kids from Inappropriate Content Online 📱

As kids browse the internet, they might accidentally come across inappropriate content, which can negatively impact their mental well-being. To prevent this, here are some essential settings you can adjust on smartphones to ensure a safer browsing experience for your children. Let’s find out how to do it:

  1. Change Phone Settings:

  • Go to your phone's Settings.

  • Search for Private DNS by typing 'Private DNS' in the search bar.

  • Select Private DNS and choose Create Private DNS.

  • In the setup DNS box, type family.adguard-dns.com and save it.

  • This will block all adult content on your child’s phone, preventing accidental exposure.

  1. Google Kids Space:

  • Google Kids Space is an excellent tool to block adult content.

  • Go to your phone Settings and select Digital Wellbeing.

  • Choose Parental Control.

  • This will allow you to monitor and control your child’s online activity.

  1. App Pinning Feature:

  • If your child needs to use only one app, you can use the App Pinning feature.

  • Go to Settings and select App Pinning.

  • This feature allows your child to use only the pinned app, providing a controlled environment.
