Prajwal Revanna Faces Potency Test in Sexual Assault Case 🚨

In a significant development in the case involving former Hassan MP Prajwal Revanna, who is facing allegations of sexual misconduct involving hundreds of women and young girls, a special court in Bengaluru has granted permission for potency tests. The Special Investigation Team (SIT) took Prajwal to Bowring Hospital on Wednesday to conduct these tests. SIT officials have stated that they are conducting three types of tests, and they have reported that the accused is not cooperating with the investigation.

Potency tests are crucial in sexual assault cases to determine the accused's physical capability. These tests involve examining the semen and sperm count, a general physical examination, nocturnal tumescence, and various other methods to verify physical erection and the possibility of impregnation.

Prajwal has been evading the SIT's questions, claiming that he is being framed in a political conspiracy. He insists that he will only answer some questions through his lawyer. Meanwhile, the police have identified attempts to sell obscene videos related to Prajwal on social media. They have warned that sharing or selling these videos via pen drives or other methods will result in legal action.

Prajwal’s six-day SIT custody is set to end on Thursday, and the officials plan to present him in court to request an extension of his custody. Prajwal’s political future is now uncertain following his defeat in the Lok Sabha elections. Despite early success in politics under the guidance of his grandfather, former Prime Minister Deve Gowda, Prajwal’s alleged abuse of power for sexual misconduct has come to light through explicit videos that surfaced just before the elections. These videos significantly impacted his campaign, leading to his loss to Congress candidate Shreyas Patel by 43,756 votes. Following these events, Prajwal has also been expelled from his party, the JD(S).
