Pm Narendra Modi Says To Probe On Pakistan Support For Rahul Gandhi And Arvind Kejriwal

Prime Minister Narendra Modi has called for an investigation into the support extended by Pakistani leaders to Congress leader Rahul Gandhi and Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal. In a special interview with a news agency, PM Modi emphasized the seriousness of the issue, stating that a thorough investigation is necessary. He remarked, “Given my position, I usually refrain from commenting on such matters, but I understand your concerns.”

Recently, a video of former Pakistani minister Chaudhry Fawad Hussain praising Rahul Gandhi and Arvind Kejriwal went viral on social media. Responding to this in the interview, Modi questioned why some people who despise us praise certain individuals, suggesting it is a matter of grave concern. However, he reassured that Indian voters are mature and such external influences won’t affect elections, especially in border areas.

“These are elections in India, and our democracy is highly mature. We have our own healthy traditions, and voters here are not influenced by outside activities,” Modi added.

Chaudhry Fawad Hussain, who served in Imran Khan’s cabinet, recently tweeted in response to the Supreme Court’s interim bail granted to Kejriwal, claiming it was a defeat for Modi in another battle. He also commented on a photo of Kejriwal and his family voting in Delhi, calling for peace and harmony to defeat hate and terrorism in Indian elections.

In a sharp rebuttal, Kejriwal tweeted, “Chaudhry Sahib, we and the people of our country have the capability to solve our problems. We do not need your advice. Given the current state of your country, you should focus on that first. Elections in India are entirely our internal matter, and we will not tolerate any interference.”

Similarly, a tweet by another former Pakistani minister in support of Rahul Gandhi also sparked controversy, with BJP leaders, including Defense Minister Rajnath Singh, strongly criticizing it.
