🏛️ The first step will be taken in the special sessions of Parliament which started from Monday. Speaking on the first day of this occasion, Prime Minister Narendra Modi said that the duration of this session may be very short but it is very historic.
🏛️ Prime Minister Narendra Modi laid the foundation stone for the new Parliament building on 10 December 2020. He inaugurated the new Parliament building on May 28, 2023 in a span of two and a half years. The new Parliament building was described as a symbol of national determination to get rid of the slave mentality.
🏛️ It took about two and a half years to complete the new Parliament building. The construction of the new Parliament Building started smoothly on 15 January 2021. A deadline of November 2022 has been set for its completion. But it took till May 2023 to complete. Though the building officially opened on 28th May 2023, the Sabha functions will begin for the first time on 19th September (today) on Vinayaka Chavithi day. 🏗️🏛️📅🧐👷♂️🏢🇮🇳
