Despite being a Hindu, she enjoys immense support when she campaigns in Muslim-dominated areas. Saviera Prakash is contesting from Buner Assembly seat in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, Pakistan. Pakistan Peoples Party gave her ticket. Saviera is a doctor by profession. Her father's name is Om Prakash. He is also a member of PPP and excels in medical profession. Speaking to the media during the election campaign, Savira Prakash said that she wants to work as a bridge for good relations between India and Pakistan. She said that she is a doctor and entered politics to improve conditions in hospitals in Pakistan. Saviera.. is also the General Secretary of the Women's Wing of the PPP Party. Along with her father, she is actively involved in social service activities. Efforts are being made to improve women's development and health services in Pakistan.
