Multiple inbox feature in Gmail is here..!

Makes it easy to organize and prioritize your emails. So how to setup multiple inbox feature on our phones? Let's find out.

Accessing Settings requires opening your Gmail account in a web browser. Click on the gear icon in the top-right corner and open Settings. There you have to select the Inboxes section. Then scroll down until you find the Multiple Inboxes section. There should be multiple inboxes enabled. In the Multiple Inboxes section, click on “Enable” to activate the feature. You will then see a set of options for customizing inboxes. There we need to select the number of additional inboxes we want. It can be up to five. Select a search query for each additional inbox. This query determines which emails will display in a specific section. Craft search queries based on your preferences. After configuring your multiple inboxes and search queries, scroll down and select Save Changes to apply the settings. That's it multiple inbox settings are complete. You will then see multiple sections on the right side of your main inbox in the Gmail inbox. Each section corresponds to the search query you set up. You can also customize the display density of your inbox sections by clicking on the gear icon in the top-right corner and selecting “Display Density”. Choose between comfortable, convenient, compact to find the layout that suits you best. Emails should be set between categories to easily categorize multiple inboxes. Gmail labels and filters can be used to automate the organization of emails into specific categories.
