Madhya Pradesh College Student Gets Rs 46 Crore Tax Notice


The young man was shocked when the IT authorities sent a notice to a college student asking him to pay tax of Rs.46 crore. This shocking incident took place in Madhya Pradesh. Pramod Kumar Dandotia (25), a student from Gwalior, is studying in a local college. Recently, notices were given that Rs.46 crore transactions were made from his bank account and IT and GST were to be paid on this amount. Due to this, the young victim Labodibomanna contacted the IT authorities and went to his home. The officials who conducted the investigation found that a company was registered on his PAN card. It was found that the company had been operating in Mumbai and Delhi since 2021. The young man who complained to the police said that he had nothing to do with those transactions and that he did not know about the company. The police have registered a case and are investigating. "Unknown persons misused the student's PAN card and registered the company. After that, transactions worth Rs. crores were made from his bank account. The investigation is going on," the police said.
