Are you suffering from bad breath?

Consult a doctor first if you have any problem related to teeth or gums. Don't take it lightly at all. It affects your teeth and gums badly. If you just started having bad breath you can try some home remedies.

First of all it is important that you brush at least twice a day. But remember that the brush should be soft. A hard brush only damages the top layer of your teeth and gums. It will not give you any benefit. Make sure to brush for at least two minutes.

Don't forget to brush your tongue as well. Use an alcohol-free mouthwash. Drink enough water. Get regular dental checkups. To increase saliva in the mouth, occasionally chew sugar-free chewing gum. Along with this, chew cloves occasionally. If you feel bad breath, eat carrots and apples. The more you stay away from cigarettes, alcohol, tobacco, and caffeinated beverages, the better.
