He cited examples like Sonia Gandhi and Rahul Gandhi, who got bail in 2015, and AAP leader Manish Sisodia, who recently got bail after AAP joined the INDIA alliance. KTR questioned whether BJP and Congress are partners, given these bail instances.
KTR also condemned Union Minister Bandi Sanjay’s remarks celebrating Kavitha's bail as a victory for Congress and BRS. KTR urged the Supreme Court to treat Sanjay's comments as contempt of court, emphasizing that the minister's statements were in poor taste and misrepresented the court's decision.
