HMDA got an income of about 7 thousand crores through the auction of Kokapet and Budvel lands. HMDA said the bidders in both Kokapet and Budvel completed their payments promptly as per the stipulated payment schedule. 3 thousand 319.60 crore in e-auction of 7 plots totaling 45.33 acres in Kokapet on August 3. 73.23 crore per acre on an average, it told HMDA. 100 crores per acre has created a record.
