The Intermediate Board has completed all the arrangements for the Intermediate Annual Examinations to begin from Wednesday across the state. The exams to be held till March 19 will be conducted from 9 AM to 12 PM. Inter Board Secretary Shruti Ojha said that appropriate arrangements have been made to ensure that students are allowed into the centers even if they are late by a minute. 📆
The hall tickets of the students have already been placed online. They can download directly. The Inter Board has directed the Chief Superintendents to allow them into the examination center even if they do not have the signature of the principals. If there are mistakes in name, photograph, signature, medium and subject details in the hall ticket, it is advised to bring it to the attention of the college principals or the district intermediate education officer. 🎫📷📚
ORS packets are being kept to prevent dehydration. 25 students will be allotted to each exam room. 4 lakh 78 thousand 718 students will write the inter-past year exams and 5 lakh 02 thousand 260 students will write the second year exams. He said that all arrangements have been made for the conduct of the exam with the coordination of police, revenue, RTC and health department officials. 📝👮♂️💼
Inter Board Secretary Shruti Ojha said that they will not be allowed to enter the examination hall after 9 am. He said that Section 144 will be implemented at the exam centers... There will be a health camp near every exam center. Keeping in view the exam timings, special RTC buses have been arranged.. There will be CC cameras in the exam centers. In private colleges, students have been given the option to download hall tickets directly online without complaining that they have not been given hall tickets due to non-payment of fees. 🏫💻🎟️
This year 9 lakh 80 thousand 978 students will write the inter exams. 1521 centers have been set up across the state. 27 thousand 900 invigilators and 75 flying squad teams have been appointed. 1521 cheap superdates 200 seating guards in each examination center along with electricity, fresh water supply and dedicated medical team. ASHA workers and ANMs are available for emergency medical services. 🏥🚑🚨
He said that if malpractices are committed, not only debarment but also criminal cases will be filed. The Inter Board has said that the students should take the exam calmly without being under any mental stress. In case of any mental stress, the students can call the toll-free numbers 14416 or 1800-914416 for counseling. 🧠💆♂️📞
