🆔🔒 In the name of Aadhaar update he stole money..

📍 Munmun Bhattacharya, a resident of Mahagun Modern Society, Sector 78, Noida, Uttar Pradesh, sought Google's help to update the address on her Aadhaar card. She contacted the help line number that appeared in it and asked them to help her. But she accidentally shared her information with a cyber fraudster. He pretended to be an Aadhaar card agent and learned Munmun's Aadhaar details over the phone. After that he sent a link to the phone. When Munmun clicked on it, she got a message that Rs.50,000 was withdrawn from her bank account. Munmun immediately filed a case at the nearby Sector 113 police station.



👮‍♂️ Police complaint..🕵️‍♂️ Inspector Sarvesh Kumar Singh investigated the incident. After checking the number contacted by Munmun, it was found to be fake. It was found that he made Munmun download a mobile application called Aadhaar Card Update and deposited the money in her bank account. But he cashed in one transaction but subsequent attempts failed. The police has accelerated the investigation to nab the fraudster. In this order, Aadhaar Police has given some instructions to the users. It is advised to be very careful especially in the matter of Aadhaar.
