If you want to sleep quickly.. 🩺

Many types of health problems arise due to lack of sleep. Experts suggest that 7-9 hours of sleep a night is necessary.

*The room should be clean. Avoid mosquitoes

* Read a book of your choice for ten minutes. Listen to melodious music

* Put the phone aside an hour before going to sleep

*Don't have unnecessary thoughts

* Do not drink coffee and tea at night
