Method of applying Dhanurasana:

To do this asana.. first lie down on the floor. Bend the legs back and hold both feet with both hands. The head, chest and thighs should be raised and weight should be placed on the stomach. This should be for 15-20 seconds. Then slowly exhale and come to Borla position. If you do this 10 times in the morning on an empty stomach, no matter how hilly your stomach will melt like a candle within a few months. 💪🏃 ♂️
