🌧️ Along with Telangana.. Andhra Pradesh is getting heavy rains. In this order, the Meteorological Department has issued an alert that there is a possibility of heavy rains in Telangana for the next five days.
The IMD has issued a red alert warning that Khammam, Mahabubabad, Warangal, Hanmakonda and Jangam districts are likely to receive heavy rains.
📢 In the wake of the IMD alert, Chief Secretary Shantikumari held a teleconference with the Collectors of Kothagudem, Khammam, Janagam, Kamareddy, Karimnagar, Mahabubabad, Mulugu, Peddapally, Siddipet, Warangal, Hanmakonda and advised them to be vigilant.
🔍 He ordered to Identify the low-lying areas.. to monitor the situation from time to time..and to keep the staff on alert. coordinate the authorities and give advice to the people.
⚠️ Meanwhile.. the low pressure formed due to the periodic effect of winds formed in the north-west region of Bay of Bengal is continuing. The Meteorological Department said that there is a possibility that it will gradually turn into a storm.. The rains will increase further.
