Ingredients for Oats Masala Vadas:

Oats

Curd (Yogurt)

Rice flour

Pepper powder

Salt

Chopped green chilies

Chopped ginger

Chopped onions

Oil for deep frying

Preparation Method:

Roast the Oats: Start by dry roasting the oats in a pan for about a minute. This enhances the flavor. Once roasted, grind them in a mixer to make a fine powder. If you prefer a slightly softer texture, soak the oats in a little water for a while without adding too much water. This helps create a paste-like consistency.

Mix Ingredients: In a bowl, add the oats powder, curd, rice flour, pepper powder, salt, chopped green chilies, chopped ginger, and chopped onions. Mix everything well to form a thick batter.

Deep Fry the Vadas: Heat enough oil in a pan for deep frying. Once the oil is hot, shape the vadas as you like and carefully drop them into the oil. Fry them until both sides turn golden brown.

Serve Hot: Remove the vadas from the oil and place them on a paper towel to remove excess oil. Serve these crispy delights with chicken curry, mutton curry, or any chutney of your choice for an even tastier experience. Enjoy your healthy and delicious breakfast!
