Sometimes they even cause death. Certain health problems can have different, or even greater, effects on women. Women are more prone to Alzheimer's disease than men. Women have a much higher risk of Alzheimer's than breast cancer. Also, many women are not able to recognize health related problems.. Women are facing many health problems like breast cancer, ovarian cancer, menopause, childbirth. More women die from heart attacks than men. Depression and anxiety are often more common in female patients. Urinary tract diseases are more common in women and women suffer more from sexually transmitted diseases, a study has revealed.

According to the information, nearly 10,000 people were tested in this study. There are 4093 women out of which 17 percent women are suffering from thyroid disease. Equally 9 percent of men suffer from it. 16 percent of women suffer from urinary tract infections. 6 percent of men are at risk. 35 percent of women suffer from anemia compared to 6 percent of men. 72 percent of women suffer from osteoporosis and 87 percent are vitamin D deficient.

Pap smear reports of 27 women showed few abnormalities. A Pap smear is the primary screening test used to diagnose ovarian cancer. Somatomammography reports that 20 percent of women are diagnosed with breast cancer. The prevalence of cardiovascular disease in women is about 29 percent, and abnormal fasting sugar levels are about 40 percent in women.

This data provides information about the health status of women in the society. It clearly shows that there is an urgent need for greater attention to women's health. It is important for women to understand that they are responsible for their own health. Therefore, one should know the importance of a nutritious, balanced diet, adequate hydration, and a physically active lifestyle. Not only that.. mental health should also be taken care of.🩺👩‍⚕️
