UP Congress president Ajay Roy is once again pitted against Prime Minister Modi. Ajay Roy contested against Modi twice from Varanasi constituency and suffered a heavy defeat both times. The Congress party on Saturday announced the fourth list of candidates for the Lok Sabha elections. The fourth list has been published with a total of 46 candidates. Among them are former Madhya Pradesh CM Diggy Raja and Modi's opponent in Varanasi. Uttar Pradesh PCC president Ajay Roy, Imran Masood from Saharanpur and Virender Rawat, son of former Uttarakhand CM Harish Rawat from Haridwar, have been allotted Congress tickets as Congress candidates in Varanasi. Also, it fielded senior leader Chidambaram's son Karti from Sivagangaina in Tamil Nadu and Manikam Tagore from Virudnagar.
