📅 First, the lawyer tried to wish a woman judge who had gone to a college function for Women's Day. The judge then placed a special pen in the chamber.
The woman was adding the judge's name along with her name on the pen. The lady judge who observed this was shocked by the behavior of the lawyer. After that, the lawyer was also seen in the neighborhood of the lady judge's house. Once again the lawyer was called and the female magistrate gave a warning. However, there was no change in his behavior.
📢 Telangana Bar Council has also raised objection on this matter. He was suspended from the Bar Council as he did not change despite several warnings from advocate Srinivasulu. A trial was also held in the High Court on this matter. The Sumoto High Court took up the case on this incident. A notice has been issued to the police to take action against the lawyer. The High Court directed the police to file a counter within four weeks regarding the action taken against him. 🏛️
