Google Wallet services are now available for Android users in India! To suit the local market, Google has made a few tweaks to the app. They’ve partnered with various brands in India to bring this service to you.
By downloading the Google Wallet app from the Play Store, you can start using its services. However, you cannot save debit or credit card details in the app for now.
Key features include:
Save your movie tickets directly in the Google Wallet once booked.
Book metro tickets for Hyderabad Metro, Kochi Metro, and even AbhiBus tickets.
Book air tickets for airlines like Air India, Air India Express, and IndiGo.
Store your online shopping reward points and retrieve them within the app.
Please note, you can't make transactions using Google Wallet. For transactions, you’ll still need to use Google Pay.
