#GoodNews: Aarogyasri Benefits for All!

Telangana CM Revanth Reddy has issued crucial orders regarding the Aarogyasri scheme, directing officials to ensure it is accessible to all eligible individuals without linking it to ration cards. In a key meeting with district collectors at the Telangana State Secretariat, the CM emphasized the creation of digital health profiles for every citizen in the state. He also highlighted the need for training and certifying RMPs (Registered Medical Practitioners) and PMPs (Private Medical Practitioners) to address their challenges and improve healthcare delivery in rural areas.

Additionally, CM Revanth Reddy instructed that rural doctors receive higher salaries to encourage and support them. He mandated that every bed in government hospitals have a serial number and called for improved medical facilities in tribal areas. The maintenance of hospitals should be ensured through a dedicated system.

On the environmental front, the CM stressed the importance of enhancing forest wealth. He suggested conducting aerial surveys using drones to identify open forest areas and planting fruit-bearing trees based on soil tests. He urged officials to consider the tree patta system implemented during NTR's tenure and entrust tribal communities with the care of these trees, providing them with a source of income and reducing monkey menaces. The CM also directed the planting of palm and date trees along canals and reservoirs and the development of eco-tourism in Vikarabad forests.
