CM Revanth reviewed the development of Hyderabad Metro Rail and other issues with the officials. The CM asked how the metro alignment was done in the 111 JV area. 111 There is less opportunity for development in the Jio range. The CM said that there is good transport facility to the airport through ORR.
CM Revanth Reddy advised the authorities to prepare an alternative alignment for the Airport Metro.. Plan-B. In view of the high population in the old city, the CM said there should be a metro alignment from there. There should be a metro alignment from MGBS, Falaknuma, LBnagar, Chandrayanagutta to the airport. The CM expressed his displeasure with L&T for not taking up the Old Basti Metro works. The authorities have been ordered to conduct a full investigation into this.🏙️🚧
Also, the officials were directed to examine the concession agreements of L&T Metro Rail and GMR Airport and to prepare a plan for road cum metro connectivity along Musi. CM Revanth Reddy expressed his displeasure over giving many benefits to the metro rail contractor L&T despite the completion of 5.5 km in Patabasti. An inquiry was ordered into the whole affair. 🚆
