📰 Farmers have been protesting for three days as part of Chalo Delhi programme. Farmers are trying to reach the national capital Delhi in this order. Thousands of people were deployed at Shambhu on the border of Punjab and Haryana. Farmers are reaching there from many parts of Punjab. The national highway is full of tractors.
Farmers are also heavily deployed at the Data Singhwala Khanauri border in Haryana's Jind district. Barricades and barbed wire fences have been set up at both places. Security has been tightened in Delhi along with Punjab and Haryana borders. Huge forces were deployed. Drones are constantly monitoring the situation.
In the wake of farmers' protests, Delhi Police has tightened security. Large-scale cement barricades have been erected on the road entering the city from Haryana. Vehicular traffic has been completely stopped on some routes. Due to the implementation of section 144 and large scale barricades on the roads, the motorists faced difficulties. 🌾🚜
