Former minister Harish Rao said that the people believed in the misbehavior of the Congress in the Telangana assembly elections and gave them a chance.
Addressing the BRS workers at the thanksgiving meeting held in Sangareddy, he said that he hoped that the Congress would provide better governance than the BRS as expected by the people. He suggested to the party ranks that BRS lost with only two percent of the votes. He called us to stand for the people. We will ask the people for the assurances given by the Congress.
Harish said that there is no need to be depressed by the Telangana assembly election results. He called to show strength in the upcoming panchayat and MP elections. Whether in power or not, BRS leaders are always on the side of the people, he said. Even though he lost in 2009, he wanted to know how KCR fought and won the state of Telangana after that.
