The Election Commission has assigned the responsibilities to the officers on the occasion of polling. Each polling booth has a presiding officer and three assistant officers. The Presiding Officers have to check and enter PO Diary, Form-17A, 17C. POs have the respective polling station voters list and ASD list.
Mock poll will be conducted at 5:30 am in the presence of polling agents. 50 votes have to be cast and cleared by CRC. The VV Pat slips received on this occasion will be preserved. On the day of polling, voters have to bring the documents prescribed by the Election Commission of India along with the Epic card.

Driving license

Smart card issued by RGI
IDIAN PASSPORT
Pension sanction document with photograph
Central and State Government/PSUs/Public Limited Companies Employment Identity Card with photograph
Identity card issued by MLA, MP, MLC.
He said that people with disabilities should take any identity card with them to exercise their right to vote.
The presiding and assistant presiding officers will have to go to the respective DRC centers on 29th to collect the EVMs and proceed directly to the polling station. The Election Commission has directed the presiding officers to perform their duties in a systematic manner based on the check list. đłď¸ â
