Android users have the option to set the message to be sent at a time of their choice. For this, users have to first download the Google Messages app from the Play Store. After that, this app should be set as the default SMS app. After downloading the app click on start chat. Otherwise you have to select the conversion option from your contact list. Then click on the conversion box and type the message. If you want the message to reach the other party at the specified time, click the plus sign next to the box.
Otherwise you have to long press the send button for a while. Once this is done, the Scheduled Send option will appear. When it is clicked.. some times will appear as default. Time can be chosen as per requirement. If your desired time is not there, click on 'Pick Date and Time'. Select the date and time that appears in the calendar and press the set button. The last typed message, selected date and time will be displayed. Then press the send button and the selected person will be added to the chat. A Scheduled symbol will also appear next to it. The message will automatically go out at the selected time
